Health Event with its own information stand. The diversity of participants—physicians, researchers, international partners, and many students—made it an ideal opportunity for focused networking.

The event brought together people with broad knowledge and experience in healthcare in Tanzania, highlighting the strong commitment to improving healthcare in the region. For the Mount Meru Foundation, it was an inspiring and productive afternoon, offering new opportunities for collaboration and concrete points of connection around our key focus: improving maternal and child healthcare through the use of ultrasound.

The conversations resulted in valuable contacts, and participants actively contributed ideas. There was also clear interest expressed in further collaboration, including jointly exploring possibilities for a skills lab.

These interactions demonstrated that the Mount Meru Foundation, with its specific expertise, can be a strengthening factor within existing initiatives aimed at improving healthcare in Tanzania. By further expanding our network, we can make better use of emerging opportunities.

A truly valuable day!
